Agile Methodologies

Agile methodologies are an updated approach in the way of managing technological projects. Unlike traditional industrial or civil engineering, this new approach relies on an iterative and flexible approach to project management and execution. They focus on continuous collaboration with the end customer, frequent delivery of functional increments of the product, and the ability to adapt quickly to change. Major agile frameworks include Scrum, which organizes work into short sprints and regular reviews; Kanban, which visualizes and optimizes workflow; and Extreme Programming (XP), which emphasizes continuous improvement and software quality. These methodologies promote communication, constant feedback and efficiency in development teams.

Everything we do at Ubiqum is organized around projects that the student executes under the supervision of his or her personal mentor. Thus agile methodologies are completely embedded in Ubiqum’s daily activity.
